Welcome to the alternately awful and bitchin' world of the Awesomelys!

Well, 2020 sucked for us, just as it probably sucked for you. We were all set for LepreCon 45 and LepreCon 46, a couple of Phoenix Fan Fusions, CoKoCon 2020 and Phoenix FearCon 2020, but then everything got cancelled or went virtual at a point in time when we weren't ready to follow.

In 2021, we were only at Virtual CoKoCon 2021, which was held on Zoom, and we aren't collectively ready to do an event the size of Phoenix Fan Fusion 2022, so we won't be there this year and that's going to feel really weird. Enjoy the show, everyone who goes, and be safe. We aim to be back next year for our tenth anniversary.

In the meantime, we may well be doing another Through the Decades set at CoKoCon 2022, which is smaller and has better COVID-19 protocols. That's on the Labor Day weekend, so details here when we confirm them.

Also look out for the book, The Awesomely Awful '80s: Part Two by Hal C. F. Astell, which was launched at Phoenix Fan Fusion 2019. In keeping with the mindset of our panels, I have fun with five films from each year of the second half of the '80s.

Now available from Apocalypse Later Press at Amazon and all other usual locations!

Hints as to the selections can be found for some of the selections in the wraparound cover below. Art is by April Reyna. Graphic design is by Jason Drotman.
